Aromas of blackberry and currant blend with subtle notes of berry undertones and mocha...a fine texture with flavors of black currant, toasted oak and a hint of red plum. This Cabernet Sauvignon presents with deep dark shades of reds and purples. Aromas of black currant and black plum leap from the glass and are joined by notes of anise, white pepper and cocoa. Flavors of black plum and cassis follow with toasted oak, a subtle hint of vanillin and espresso...tremendous length, a fine texture and incredible structure.

This wine presents with a deep, dark, red hue. There is a dense ripe blackberry, black plum and cassis nose with a background of coffee beans and a hint of vanillin. Flavors present ripe, mountainside cabernet showing boysenberry, espresso, black licorice, and toasted oak.
